Automated Quality Inspection
Camera-based defect and measurement detection across every stage of production — from greige inspection through pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing, and finished-product verification. Each stage carries its characteristic defects and measurements; the platform’s inspection layer learns the mill’s normal envelopes and surfaces what is anomalous.
Working demonstrations below are calibrated against synthetic data that mirrors the operational records a vertically integrated mill would hold. In Phase 1, the same algorithms calibrate against the mill’s actual production lines.
Working Demonstrations
Finished Product — Live Image Processing
Click an image, get back a thread-density measurement in seconds.
Dimensional Shrinkage — Across Wet-Processing Stages
Each KPI shows the per-construction distribution, the timeline of observed measurements, and the deviation envelope. Click any stage to drill in.
In Active Development
-
Yarn Diameter — Image-Based Apparent Count
Computer-vision measurement of yarn diameter at receiving, producing apparent count Ne with sub-5% accuracy on coarser yarns.
Deploying
-
Cross-Stage Defect Inspection
Defect detection and stage attribution from greige through finished. The buyer-facing 4-Point grade generated as fabric is produced.
Calibration phase
-
Shade Match — ΔE Measurement
Color fidelity measurement against buyer specification, captured continuously across the dyeing and finishing chain.
Calibration phase
-
GSM and Dimensional Measurement
Weight per unit area and width measurement at every stage, feeding both the quality record and the material accounting.
